We can travel to any type of venue your party is located. Please be aware, however, that some venues have their own restrictions and guidelines. Please check if your venue allows outside entertainment before booking with us. Cancellation fees will apply should you book with us and later discover your venue will not allow us to perform. Please also note our policy below regarding exclusively outdoor events.

We request that you please save a spot for your performer(s) to park in the driveway or in front of the event location. We appreciate having safe and easy access into the party site with all materials. Our performers also greatly appreciate having party hosts help carry supplies into and out of parties, as some of our gowns/costumes are hard to maneuver in.

Your party performer is only responsible to engage the children in party activities. Any behavior or health issues with children must be taken care of by a parent or party host. Good behavior is always promoted, but it is the responsibility of the hostess to monitor and take charge of any children who are not behaving or who do not want to participate in the party activities.

Although our princess parties are primarily designed for little princesses, with prior notification, we can discuss how to incorporate little princes/pirates into your event activities. We do provide temporary tattoos, stickers, dress-up supplies, and even storybooks that are boy-themed upon request! Games and craft activities can also be unisex in nature.

Yes! For Basic and Deluxe packages, we welcome up to 15 children friends/ guests*, including the birthday girl per performer. Any additional guests require a “Royal Helper” or second party performer to accompany your chosen character to accommodate the needs of additional children during all activities.**

“Royal Helpers” are available at a rate of $75 per hour. Upgrade your “Royal Helper” to a second character for the affordable price of $100/hour.

*All children of age to participate (approximately 2-12 years) and including boys ARE included in the party guests count. We apologize for the inconvenience, however, we cannot be guaranteed that such children will not want to participate and thus we must plan on their inclusion in order to provide an adequate number of supplies and assistance for your princess host.

**Note: A fee of $50 per hour will be assessed for any parties that do not schedule for a “Royal Helper” but do have over 15 children guests/performer. Please prepare accordingly, as we cannot guarantee that all party activities will be performed if you have over this number of guests and do not have a helper! Thank you!

Character Visit packages are not fully-hosted packages and thus accommodate any number of children per performer.

All parties must begin at the time scheduled by the host/hostess and will end at the end of the party duration time. All events are based on a schedule and work best when all guests arrive on time. Late guests are welcome to join in upon arrival.

Our performers bring everything needed to conduct the activities included in your ordered package. Each package is different, so we bring different things to every party. If you ordered a package with games, we will bring everything needed for all the games we play. We always bring a tiara or wand for the birthday child to wear during the party duration. Finally, we supply our own storybook for the storytelling session, as well as crafts that are catered to both girls and boys.

Dazzling D’s does not provide any food, beverages, or supplies for refreshments or decorating. If you are having food/cake, please purchase all supplies needed for this portion of your party or ask us about upgrading to our tea party option. We are, however, more than willing to cut or serve cake and beverages. We also request that you provide a table for crafts and an area for the performer to sit while storytelling and applying face paint, make-up, and/or tattoos.

Please note that our party packages (including the Deluxe package) do not come standard with princess party dresses. Our Deluxe Party Packages include: tiaras, boas, necklaces, bracelets, rings, barrettes, and fashion glasses for girls.* For boys we provide a pirate dress-up box with pirate hats, glasses, eye patches, hooks, necklaces, mustaches, and pirate booty.

*Authentic Disney princess dresses for children are available as an add-on option for an extra fee of $50 for up to 20 dresses to be worn during the party duration only.

Children will not be allowed to wear dress up accessories or costumes into bounce houses or on wet grass. All costumes and accessories must also be removed before consuming food or beverages. Children must stay in the performer’s presence while wearing all dress up supplies. Should a child choose to leave the performance area, the child must return dress-up supplies before doing so. Parents are responsible for supervising their children and keeping track of all their dress up supplies at all times.*

*You may be charged a fee for any children’s costumes lost or damaged by not abiding by these terms.

  1. Please try to reserve a close parking spot for the performer, so she/he will not have to fight to find parking and walk far.
  2. Have water available for the character to drink throughout your party.
  3. Have a power outlet available for us to use for our radio. If there is not one available close to where you are having us do the activities, please supply an extension cord for us. That way we can have the music while we are doing games, etc. We do not bring a stereo for princess visit packages.
  4. If you are planning an outside party, make sure the area is guarded from heat/sun, or from any wet weather. Be sure to make us aware of all exclusively outdoor venues ahead of time to make proper arrangements.
  5. Have a clean, dry, shaded area for activities, free of dirt, mud, water and any other bad weather conditions that may cause an ill effect to the party activities and the guests.
  6. Be available to aid your party princess at all time if issues. Keep close watch of children throughout the event.
  7. And last but not least, have your cameras ready throughout the party, you don’t want to miss special moments of your child with our dazzling party characters!

All deposit payments are non-refundable (50% of total party cost).

If less than 50% of total party cost is left as a deposit, upon cancellation, customer must pay the remaining amount due per cancellation policy.

Full party payment will be due should a host cancel an event less than 7 FULL days prior to said event date or should the character(s) not be allowed to perform once arrived at event.

Payment must be taken for remaining balance at time of cancellation or an additional late fee of $20/day will apply.

Please note that without submission of a signed contract by 1 WEEK prior to your party, the party will be cancelled and your deposit not refunded.

In the event of bad weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel the event and offer an alternative date.

Rescheduling an event at any time after deposit is made will result in a charge of $50/performer per event. Rescheduling is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Should you choose not to reschedule your event, customer will be held to company’s cancellation policy.

Absolutely! The entertainers that serve you are all extremely well trained and make it their number one priority to ensure your party is a success. Gratuity is not included in the total of your package price, so if you want to show your entertainer that you loved their performance, gratuity is a great way of doing so. Though it is not expected, it is always appreciated.

Tipping an entertainer is just like tipping a waiter; anywhere between 10%-20% of your package total is a typical tip amount and is much appreciated.
